These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and wispwing ("wispwing," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at wispwing.one. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID). Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

To access the full range of wispwing services, you must register a personal account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) wispwing account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. wispwing will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login details. You must notify wispwing immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

wispwing reserves the right to refuse account registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

wispwing supports a range of payment methods tailored to Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your wispwing account upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. wispwing does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) completion. Verified accounts in good standing may submit withdrawal requests at any time. Processing times vary by payment method but wispwing targets same-day processing for verified GCash and PayMaya withdrawals during operational hours. wispwing reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

Currency: All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). wispwing is not responsible for currency conversion fees applied by third-party payment providers.

wispwing offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• wispwing reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

• Bonuses credited in error must be reported to wispwing support immediately. wispwing reserves the right to reclaim any erroneously credited bonus amounts.

All games available on the wispwing platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the individual game rules expressly state otherwise.

wispwing uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all applicable games. Game outcomes are independently audited to ensure fairness. wispwing does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, wispwing will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its last confirmed state. Where this is not possible, the affected round may be voided and any wager refunded to the player's account. wispwing's decision in such matters is final.

Bets placed and accepted by the wispwing system are binding. Players may not cancel or reverse a bet once it has been confirmed by the system. wispwing reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a system error.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wispwing platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the wispwing platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the wispwing platform.
• Using the wispwing platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including family members.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the wispwing platform or the experience of other players.

All content on the wispwing platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the platform, is the property of wispwing or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the wispwing platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the wispwing platform without prior written consent from wispwing.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, wispwing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the wispwing platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

wispwing's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

wispwing does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for implementing appropriate security measures on your own devices.

wispwing collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. By using the wispwing platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

wispwing implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and wispwing cannot guarantee absolute data security.
